Multi-state design firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Group Leader for their team in Omaha! Responsibilities: Responsible for department overall performance, leadership and staff management Assist with short/long-term strategic planning Build/maintain client relationships Assist with business development Mentor/train junior staff Lead multiple projects simultaneously Project management duties Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 7+ years of experience in the consulting industry 3+ years of experience of supervisory experience Experience with daily management/leadership Salary is commensurate with experience.
