H2O Innovation provides public works management services & operations assistance for water & wastewater treatment plants to municipalities, government organizations, and businesses across North America. H2O is currently seeking an experienced Wastewater Project Manager to lead operations at our 24/7 activated sludge wastewater treatment facility in the Richmond, VA area. This critical role oversees a dedicated team of 5 employees and ensures excellence in both plant operations and laboratory analysis. Required Qualifications * Virginia Class 1 Wastewater Operator License. * Proven experience managing activated sludge systems. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Budget development and financial oversight experience. * Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
