• Outdoor and indoor job sites across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• May require weekend or overtime work.

• Assist in surface preparation cleaning, priming, and smoothing walls, floors, and foundations.
• Support the application of sealants, membranes, and coatings under supervision.
• Help install drainage systems, sump pumps, and window wells.
• Carry and organize tools, materials, and equipment on-site.
• Perform crack injection using polyurethane or epoxy under guidance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Help conduct leak tests and inspections post-application.
• Basic understanding of construction or waterproofing techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 60 LBS and work in physically demanding environments.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the waterproofing trade
• Language - Hindi / English
