Description Applying waterproofing to areas that are below ground level on new residential construction and make repairs when necessary to existing application. General Accountabilities: Responsible for loading and unloading materials needed for the daily jobs. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment to ensure long life of equipment. Operates various types of hand tools. Cleans and prepares site. Install waterproofing per specifications for the specific job. (wrap product or spray product) Cleans site of all debris, waste and/or other materials. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Adhere to all safety protocols in place. All positions are expected to perform warehouse/office/ vehicle maintenance/ janitorial duties/ organization. The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Requirements *Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation* Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Related experience preferred, will train. Skills: Active listening Coordination Operation monitoring Reading comprehension Social perceptiveness Both the Ability to work independently and to be able to work as a team. Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
