What We’re Looking For Reliable and punctual Coachable attitude Strong work ethic Valid driver’s license preferred Able to lift 75 lbs Comfortable with physical labor Positive team-first mindset Construction, landscaping, roofing, concrete, moving, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

Install basement waterproofing systems, crawlspace encapsulation, and foundation repair solutions including pier installs and wall stabilization. Perform jobsite preparation, cleanup, and material handling in various environments including basements and outdoors.
