Job Location: Dubai, UAE

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in waterproofing, building materials, or related sectors
  • Strong technical knowledge of waterproofing products, systems, and industry standards (BS, ASTM, DIN)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a strong advantage)
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of UAE construction market and established industry contacts preferred
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, architects, developers, and consultants
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for waterproofing products and solutions
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical consultations, offering tailored solutions based on specific project requirements
  • Prepare detailed proposals, competitive quotations, and compelling sales presentations aligned with client needs
  • Negotiate terms and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper product selection and application methods
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events
