THE ROLE

As a Waterproofing & Silicone Applicator, you’ll be working across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, applying waterproofing membranes and silicone sealants to a variety of surfaces and substrates.

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

• Applying waterproofing membranes to wet areas, balconies, rooftops, basements, and retaining walls
• Using silicone sealants in bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and external facades
• Preparing surfaces to ensure strong adhesion and long-lasting results
• Reading and interpreting plans, scopes of work, and material specifications
• Communicating with clients, builders, and site supervisors
• Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and OH&S requirements
