Bespoke Finishes is seeking a skilled and reliable waterproofing subcontractor for ongoing maintenance and sealing works across two primary locations in central Brisbane. This is a project-to-project role, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time position for the right candidate. Lucrative subcontract rates are available, negotiable depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience with a range of waterproofing systems, especially UV-tolerant roof solutions
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality results
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
• Own vehicle and current driver’s license
• Construction Safety Card (White Card)
• EWP (Elevated Work Platform) and Working at Heights permits highly regarded
• ABN and appropriate insurances

• Carry out maintenance waterproofing and sealing works as required, with a focus on UV-tolerant roof systems
• Apply a variety of waterproofing systems and products, ensuring technical precision and durability
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with site managers and provide regular updates
