WATERSPORTS SUPERVISOR Job Summary: The watersports supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the Watersports Department. Responsibilities: * Giving advice to the Watersports Manager on watersports related matters * Making a monthly report on all aspects of watersports in absence of manager * Ensuring that daily staff briefing (shift line-up) are held * Recommending improvements to the operation * Maintaining the highest standards in the department * Ensuring that the guests receive exactly what was promised * Representing the hotel on matters pertaining to watersports when necessary Qualifications: * Certified PADI/NAUI Instructor (an asset) * A valid lifeguard license and be CPR trained * College or University Degree (in hospitality management), and or equivalent experience * Demonstrate the ability to train and maintain a training program * Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

The Watersports Supervisor is accountable for all facets of the Watersports Department, including advising the Watersports Manager and ensuring daily staff briefings are conducted. This role also involves recommending operational improvements and maintaining the highest departmental standards while ensuring guest expectations are met.
