Are you passionate about great service, delicious food, and exceptional drinks? We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join our small, dedicated team as Waiting and Bar Staff.
About the Role
This is a dynamic position requiring you to work both as a waiter/waitress and behind the bar. You will welcome guests, serve tables, mix drinks, and create an inviting atmosphere for all. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with people, and take pride in delivering memorable experiences, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide attentive table service, taking orders and serving food and beverages with a smile
· Prepare and serve a variety of drinks behind the bar
· Engage with guests, offering recommendations and sharing your passion for our menu
· Work collaboratively with a small team to ensure smooth service across the restaurant and bar areas
· Take initiative and work independently during quieter periods
· Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests
About You
· Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not essential
· A genuine interest in food and beverages—always curious to learn more
· Excellent communicator, both with customers and colleagues
· A natural people person who enjoys engaging with a wide variety of guests
· Confident working as part of a small, supportive team as well as independently
· Punctual, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
