THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE

In this role, you will work closely with the Processing and Shipping departments to ensure the efficient release of orders using an Excel-based Warehouse Management System (WMS). You’ll be responsible for analyzing orders based on a variety of operational factors to meet both customer expectations and internal requirements.
Additionally, you will help maintain supply inventories, provide end-of-shift reporting, and update key performance indicator (KPI) matrices to support overall operational visibility and continuous improvement.

• Prioritize Orders to meet SLA aggreement
• Release Orders to meet Operational demands
• Release Orders base on business channel (DTC, Retail, Wholesale)
• Monitor orders/waves to ensure timely completion
• Monitor progress and adjust labor accordingly
• Monitor KPI performance and update appropreiate reports
• Update and reorder warehouse supplies
• Prioritize Orders to meet carrier scheduled pick ups
