DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and coordinate effective outbound operations/supply plans. Manage the release of waves to the warehouse floor. Anticipate potential issues and make necessary adjustments to the plan. Verify that all orders are correctly aligned with shipment schedules. Assigns and monitors the work, including staging, wave times, and pick assignments for various teammates. Assists Jack Links facilities with the planning and receipt of the required supplies Controls the priority and pick levels of each order and maintains priority of urgent orders. Assists as needed in the welcome shack and with shipping/receiving. Collaborate closely with various departments, including customer service, shipping, receiving, and warehouse. Qualifications Additional Information The hiring range for this role is $20.19-24.24 an hour. Actual wages will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a warehouse or distribution center Ability to work un-supervised.
