Job Details Job Location: J & M Plating Inc - Rockford, IL 61109 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $16.38 - $17.68 Hourly Travel Percentage: Negligible Job Shift: 8-hours - 3rd Shift Job Category: Manufacturing Job Summary The DSC Operator is in charge of operating and monitoring the WMV Dip Spin Coatings line and input information in the computer system. Duties/Responsibilities Operation of Dip Spin Wax line. Troubleshooting minor problems; recognize major problems Operate forklift; load hoppers Inspection of raw material Complete work orders using J&Ms production system Train New Hires The employer may require an employee to perform other duties as assigned on a temporary and infrequent basis. Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities Ability to make instant decisions Deadline oriented Ability to prioritize Excellent communications skills at different organizational levels Teamwork oriented Self-motivated. Education and Experiences Basic math, reading and computer skills High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with computers Experience working in a fast-paced work environment Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
