  • Leading a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. You’ll be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
  • Selling. All the time. If you want a non-selling “office” job, this isn’t it.
  • Minding the details, delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

  • Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
  • A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
  • Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so our managers need open availability.

  • We offer exceptional pay in exchange for great performance.

We offer exceptional pay in exchange for great performance. The target all-in compensation in your first year is $70k-$90k per year, which is made up of a base salary + bonuses + commissions.
