About the Role: As the Guest Services Team Lead, you'll be the face of hospitality at our campground. You'll supervise and mentor a team of guest service professionals, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, welcoming, and memorable. You'll train staff on best practices, handle guest inquiries, manage front desk operations, and create a positive and efficient environment for both guests and team members. What You’ll Do: Lead the Team: Supervise and mentor our Guest Services Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Guest-Centric Approach: Greet guests with a smile, address their needs with attentiveness and respect, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Handle with Care: Follow procedures for reservations, store sales, and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Keep it Organized: Manage inventory stock counts and ensure the front office and store area are clean and well-maintained. Be a Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory outcome. Promote the Experience: Share information about local attractions, campground activities, and special offers. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
