That’s the Walser Way. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- COMPENSATION * Competitive pay based on experience and certifications * Opportunities for professional growth and development -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Perform body and frame repairs efficiently and accurately according to estimates and standards * Complete welding, soldering, body alignment, and refinishing operations as required * Inspect vehicles to identify additional safety or service needs * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Conduct final inspections and test drives to ensure quality and safety standards are met * Follow all company policies and regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in body and frame repair * ASE certification in body repair preferred * Auto Body Vo-Tech certificate or ICAR certification preferred (not required) * Ability to operate frame and measuring equipment per vendor standards * Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to safety * Physical ability to lift 10–60 lbs., kneel, bend, and work in various environmental conditions * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PHYSICAL DEMANDS * Frequent walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting * Working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures * Exposure to noise, dust, paint, exhaust fumes, and other shop materials * Operating industry-standard equipment and tools * Lifting up to 60 pounds and utilizing manual dexterity * Required safety gear: safety eyewear, hard-toed, and slip-resistant footwear -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? * Career Growth * Skill Development * Team-First Environment * Recognition Programs -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
