Job Description WB Branch Relationship Manager Company:** UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited --- Job Summary The WB Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of retail banking customers within a UOB (Thai) branch. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying financial needs, and cross-selling suitable banking products and services to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. --- Job Responsibilities * **Client Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of individual and small business clients, acting as their primary point of contact for banking needs. * **Sales and Business Development:** Proactively identify and acquire new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling, to expand the branch's customer base and increase market share. * **Financial Needs Analysis:** Conduct thorough financial needs assessments for clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and current financial situation to recommend appropriate banking solutions. * **Product Cross-Selling:** Effectively cross-sell a wide range of UOB (Thai) products and services, including deposits, loans, credit cards, investments, insurance, and digital banking solutions, to meet client needs and achieve individual sales targets. * **Customer Service Excellence:** Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive banking experience for all clients. * **Compliance and Risk Management:** Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with UOB (Thai) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of integrity and risk awareness. * **Market Intelligence:** Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively position UOB (Thai)'s solutions and identify business opportunities. * **Reporting and Administration:** Maintain accurate client records, prepare sales reports, and complete all necessary administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner. --- Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. * Strong understanding of retail banking products and services, including deposits, loans, credit cards, and investment instruments. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients. * Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. * Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced branch environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
