JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Wholesale Banking Customer Journey Expert (CJE) within the WB Change organization, has end-to-end responsibility for the analysis, management, development and harmonization of the change initiatives concerning new products, services, digital channels, etc. with a view to achieve a frictionless customer experience, improve process efficiency and time to activation.
The CJE works in the WB Change Team (within WB COO Domain) in a cross-functional team together with other experts, in order to achieve the Team’s mission and ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the implementation features.
He/She cooperates in development and management of WB products/services strategy, supporting the commercial growth, the transformation of digital processes and the operational excellence.
He/She collaborates on projects, manage internal and external stakeholders, solve impediments.
The position requires excellent communication skills, problem solving and data driven approach, an orientation to detail and process and ability to work and maintain composure under tight deadlines.
This position also demands ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams and cross-teams.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyze the needs and align the WB change initiatives roadmap to the strategic goals
