Job Description Job Summary The WB Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions, and deepening client relationships to achieve business targets. Job Responsibilities * Manage and develop a portfolio of existing corporate clients, identifying their financial needs and offering suitable banking products and services, including but not limited to loans, trade finance, cash management, and treasury products. * Acquire new corporate clients through proactive business development activities, networking, and referrals, expanding the bank's market share. * Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on clients and prospects, assessing creditworthiness and preparing credit proposals. * Structure and negotiate complex financial deals, ensuring alignment with credit policies and risk parameters. * Monitor client accounts, financial performance, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks. * Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, understanding their business objectives, and providing excellent customer service. * Collaborate with product specialists and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated financial solutions. * Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. * Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management. Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role within the financial services industry. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios. * Strong understanding of corporate banking products, credit analysis, and risk management principles. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and internal teams. * Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong business acumen. * Proficiency in English and Thai (both written and spoken) is essential. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
