Wellington College is seeking a Student Coordinator to lead and deliver inspiring educational programmes across our Student Alliance and the wider community of local secondary schools. From residential courses to activity days and conferences, you’ll be at the heart of planning, organising, and making it all happen.
You will join on a part time Term time plus contract (24 hours per week for 39 weeks per year).

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A proactive organiser with experience in education or events.
  • A confident communicator who thrives in team settings and can work independently.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ GCSEs (including English & Maths)
  • Experience working with young people or in educational settings
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
