Job Description Project – the aim you’ll have The project focuses on configuration management and automated generation of PDF documents within an insurance company ecosystem. Core technology stack: C# / .NET 8 and MS SQL Server. The system manages document templates, configuration versioning, and business-rule–driven PDF rendering. Quality assurance is a key part of the development workflow. Testing scope includes: - UI tests using Playwright - API testing using Postman - SpecFlow BDD test automation - Unit-level testing o Performance tests uses k6 CI/CD processes are implemented in Azure DevOps. Qualifications Position – how you’ll contribute Contribute to refinement sessions to ensure shared understanding of user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to define, plan, and deliver high-quality solutions. Lead and evolve the team’s test strategy, processes, and best practices aligned with departmental goals. Apply a shift-left/shift-right mindset to embed quality throughout the SDLC. Balance exploratory, automated, and performance testing to ensure optimal coverage and reliability. Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, driving robust automation and clear reporting. Continuously improve alerting, monitoring, and quality visibility. Promote TDD, pair programming, and a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Mentor teammates and share innovative quality practices across the organization.
