STOCK & PROCESS ADMINISTRATOR Sainsbury’s Distribution Centre Thameside This exciting opportunity has been created at our prestigious Sainsbury’s Distribution Centre in Thameside, South London. The site provides warehousing and distribution services for Sainsbury’s ‘Local’ stores for the convenience sector in London and the South East. The role will operate within a busy Stock department on rotating shifts, 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm and will be responsible for the effective and efficient stock Management of customer products across a multi-temperature environment. The Role: * Reporting to Stock and Inventory Team Manager. * Actively contributing to a “Safety First” culture on site. * Learning and understanding the warehouse management system “Red Prairie” * Completing stock and inventory tasks, including goods in and order well management * Supporting KPI improvement through appropriate process * Liaise with other departments to ensure effective teamwork and efficiency across the site (One Team philosophy) * Resolving stock issues in a timely and cost-effective manner using appropriate escalation if required * To support the accurate and timely reporting of daily/weekly/period key performance indicators regarding stock issues The Person: * Customer focused with attention to detail. * Reliability and flexibility with shift working including weekends. * Experience of working within a stock and inventory team is desirable, but not essential. * Good IT skills preferred, full training given as part of induction plan. * Must be a confident communicator Salary 29.7k pa to be paid monthly Wincanton is a leading supply chain partner for British business, providing supply chain solutions up and down the country. Responsibilities

The clerk is responsible for the effective management of stock and inventory across a multi-temperature warehouse environment. They will also contribute to site safety, maintain accurate KPI reporting, and collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
