About the Role We're looking for an experienced, licensed WDO Inspector who takes pride in protecting customers' most valuable asset — their home. You'll conduct thorough Wood Destroying Organism inspections, deliver expert recommendations, and generate bids that reflect both quality and value. This is a role for someone who is equal parts technical expert and trusted advisor. You know your stuff in the field, and you know how to communicate it clearly to customers and crews alike. Requirements What We're Looking For Active Branch 3 Field Representative license 3+ years of licensed Branch 3 experience Clean, insurable driving record Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail Self-starter with solid time-management and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work with power and manual tools Familiarity with termite and pest control chemicals and equipment Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Experience in home building or remodeling a plus Work Environment and Physical Demands The physical demands/conditions described below are representative of those that must be met/tolerated by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Responsibilities
