As Recruitment Manager you will directly report to the Roca Alliances Operations Director and will work in the full cycle hiring process with the recruitment team, and provide reports and insights about the region and recruiting outcomes, as also elevating some recommendation of action items to the Roca Alliances Operations Director in order of achieving the hiring goals for the Medellin office.

REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ Experience: 7+ years in Recruitment and HR, with experience doing the full cycle recruiting/hiring process for all type of positions and at least 5 years of experience and strong focus on IT and technical roles within Medellin to fulfill the company needs.
✔️ Leadership: Proven experience in leading recruitment teams and managing high-volume hiring processes and more than 15 recruiters under his management.
✔️ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
✔️ IT Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and understanding of technical skills required for IT positions.
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
