This time, we are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. As a Manager of Systems Integrations, you will be responsible for leading integration projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and optimize business processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MuleSoft integration development, with a focus on designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Runtime Manager, API Manager, and CloudHub.
• Proficient in MuleSoft connectors, DataWeave, and RAML.
• Strong experience in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL, XML, JSON, and middleware platforms.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, microservices architecture, and API-led connectivity.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Familiarity with database systems such as SQL, NoSQL, and relational databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other integration platforms and tools.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance.
• MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) and other relevant technologies are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce integration.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
• Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of MuleSoft developers and integration specialists.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Provide guidance and training on MuleSoft development best practices and integration patterns.
• Promote a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end integration process from requirements gathering to delivery.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution.
