Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst also known as Order & Governance analyst who is going to join our Deal Desk team, with a primary focus on order governance. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our order processing and revenue recognition activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in order management, revenue operations or an accounting related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel and NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and revenue recognition principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-velocity, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Order Governance: Oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of order data in the CRM and ERP systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure all order processing activities adhere to internal controls and ASC 606 regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and customer facing teams to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to order processing and revenue recognition. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the quotation process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
