Your day-to-day role You will work from our offices alongside a team that lives and breathes digital, using modern tools to build and strengthen Asklepieia’s online presence. Social Media Management: Daily management and content planning for Facebook, Instagram and . Paid Advertising: Implementation and optimization of campaigns in Google Ads. Content Creation: Creation of content for blog posts, newsletters and landing pages in Greek and English. Email Marketing: Management of newsletters, nurture sequences and email automations. SEO Optimization: On-page SEO, including meta tags, alt texts, internal linking and URL structure improvements. Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring KPIs and reporting through Google Analytics 4. WordPress Management: Managing listings, pages and content on the Asklepieia portal. Partner Co-marketing: Collaborating with healthcare providers and hotel partners on joint marketing actions. Market Intelligence & AI: Monitoring competitors, trends and new digital marketing tools. You will also have the opportunity to learn and work with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, AI ads tools, AI SEO tools and AI content tools. The profile we are looking for Experience At least 1 year of experience in a Digital Marketing role, at junior to mid level. Technical skills Google Ads, from basic to intermediate level. Google Analytics 4. Experience with an email marketing platform. Experience with social media management tools. Native-level Greek. Fluent English, written and spoken, as you will communicate with an international audience. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field. Mindset Data-driven: You make decisions based on numbers, not only intuition. Creative: You understand that strong copy can be more valuable than a large ad budget. Organized: You can manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines. Team player: You communicate and collaborate effectively with others. Nice to have Knowledge of AI tools for marketing, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, Midjourney, AI ads platforms or similar tools — or willingness to learn. Basic WordPress content management experience. Knowledge of WooCommerce. Experience in the Health, Hospitality or Tourism sectors. Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or Google Search Console. Basic HTML / CSS knowledge. Experience with multilingual content, especially Greek and English.
