We are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for MSPs and internal IT teams. The company has experienced strong growth, serving industries in over 20 countries and managing more than 15 million endpoints.
We seek Recruiters to work in the Medellín office, hands on the full recruitment cycle for various technical roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and networking to attract top talent while promoting our employer brand. We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable individual, eager to learn and keep pace with technological developments.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Human Resources, psychology or any HR career field is preferred.
• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish is a must)
• More than 2+ years doing the entire recruiting cycle in the Colombia market, specifically with experience in Medellin (sourcing of candidates, screening, interviewing, doing follow-ups, salary negotiations, closings and onboardings) is a must.
• Experience doing the full cycle recruitment process for all operations, managerial and IT positions.
• Proven experience handling recruitment channels and tools, including calls, referrals, pipeline creation, Boolean searches, use of ATS, job boards, with experience using strategic social networks.
• Experience advertising campaigns, design, creating and publishing job descriptions, with the goal of attracting qualified candidates through social networks.
