WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT SALES ENGINEER - WIRELINE IN SANDNES OR BERGEN

We want to hire you who have experience from the well services industry, who is proactive and who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Sales Engineer you will play a crucial part in driving revenue and strategic growth for the company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, introduce new technologies, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and provide technical expertise and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the sales process from early promotion to paid invoice. Together with the team you will attend exhibitions and other events to connect with existing and new customers, as well as suppliers and partners. Communication is a key factor for this role, to become a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of key accounts and activities ensuring that quality and performance indicators are met, and internal company reporting is completed.
  • Increase internal and external awareness of all Archer services, to fully act and pursue on all business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide technical support and cost-effective solutions to customers, addressing their specific needs and challenges.
  • Navigate pricing, contracts, and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients while maintaining company profitability.
  • Lead and manage client tender process by engaging with and seeking input from other internal functions as needed.
  • Develop and implement Business Development strategy.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or higher education within Oil & Gas applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the oil industry.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in teams.
  • Flexibility for occasional travel

Location

  • Stangeland or Bergen
