We are busy and therefore we are looking for new colleagues who have experience as a consultant from another consulting firm. You will be part of Devoteam Denmark’s consulting unit, Digital Impulse, which has around 100+ highly specialized management consultants in Denmark and around 800 globally. We are looking for consultants for both our office in Copenhagen and in Aarhus.

You may have different professional competence areas - digital strategy, innovation, transformation, IT architecture, digital execution, or something completely different. We are looking broadly and the most important thing is that you want to join a growing team where we cultivate our professional areas of expertise but also work across larger projects.

YOU ARE A TEAM PLAYER WITH EXPERIENCE AND DRIVE

We expect that you have 3+ years of experience, preferably from another consulting firm or similar, and are used to working with advising organizations in the field of tension between business development and technology.

In addition, you have:

• Good business understanding and the ability to translate complex issues into clear solutions and concepts
• Good understanding of technology and interest in technological development
• Experience with project management and are comfortable taking responsibility for project deliverables
• Good ability to both work independently and to collaborate and you are able to build trusting relationships with both colleagues and customers
• The drive it takes to create followership and enthusiasm around you
