Your key responsibilities include: Delivering Outstanding Customer Experiences: Build lasting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers by providing top-tier customer service. Ensuring Continuity of Care: Step in to cover open client shifts as needed, ensuring reliability and seamless transitions for clients. Empowering Caregivers: Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients' homes, setting them up for success. Collaborating Effectively: Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors to ensure a thriving team environment. Upholding Excellence: Follow all caregiver responsibilities and uphold our agency’s policies, procedures, and high standards of conduct.
