We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI team and help build intelligent, scalable AI solutions for enterprise applications and future products. Job Description Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI-powered applications using Machine Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Develop intelligent recommendation, classification, semantic search, and assessment solutions. Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Fine-tune and optimize transformer models such as BanglaBERT, BERT, and other Hugging Face models. Integrate and optimize commercial and open-source LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, etc.). Develop AI services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI. Work with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search technologies. Optimize AI model performance, accuracy, latency, and operational cost. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software. Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development. Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks. Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, BERT/BanglaBERT, or equivalent NLP models. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG. Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex. Experience with Vector Databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus, Pinecone, or Weaviate). Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI. Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development practices.
