OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and supervisory experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring that sales goals are met while providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Quick-thinking communicator with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Comfort with retail sales and promoting services/products
A love for beauty, service, and creating a great guest experience
Confidence using booking software, POS systems, and social media (Instagram especially)
Prior salon, spa, or hospitality experience is a plus — but not required
Bonus if you’re a former stylist or beauty school grad looking for a front-of-house role!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week

  • Analyze retail math to track sales performance and make informed decisions regarding inventory management.
