In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting both our customers and colleagues. You’ll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly, from managing orders and enquiries to ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, orders, and aftersales with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Building relationships by advising customers on products, services, and delivery options.
  • Using Office 365 and bespoke ERP system to process documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Managing multiple tasks with ease, from answering phone calls to cross-selling and up-selling our products.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in a supportive team environment.
