Join Waypoint as a Full Time Rapid Rehousing (RRH) Care Coordinator and become part of our Homeless Youth & Young Adult Continuum serving Rochester, NH. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, creative, compassionate, and committed to supporting young adults experiencing homelessness. You’ll work directly with youth ages 18–24, helping them move from homelessness to safe, stable housing and long-term success.
