JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Assistant is primarily responsible for performing after sales service to clients, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship. The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric Certificate and/or NQF5 Wealth Management Certificate
  • RE 5 (Advantageous)
  • Relevant B.Com Degree (Advantageous)
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in wealth services industry
  • Computer literate (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, CRMs)
