Extremely analytical and a great listener, you will master data gathering, drafting goals, and creating financial plans that speak to the clients in “their” language. Day-to-Day as a Wealth Advisor: * Work with a high-performing & growth-orientated team. * Provide technical financial support to clients and Lead Advisors * Deliver family office/private client/integrated wealth/emerging wealth service model to up to 100 households * Some focus on weekly business development/referrals * Manage ongoing client service while taking on new clients * Speak your mind, have your voice heard, innovate and streamline existing processes, and enjoy coming to work each day * Grow yourself personally and professionally with the support of your team and leadership * Be financially rewarded for putting in the hard work What You Bring as a Wealth Advisor: * 5+ years’ proven experience as an advisor in wealth management * Bachelor’s Degree and Certified Financial Planner designation * Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills * Ability to begin taking on clients immediately * Proficient with the full MS Office Suite; ability to create complex and impactful presentations/analysis * Familiar with Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, Salesforce, MoneyGuide, E-Money, Tamarac AdvisorView, Holistiplan, and Hidden Levers * Outstanding ability to communicate, present, and influence your team and clients * A sincere desire to make a difference not only in your client's lives but, in the world, demonstrated through your own volunteer journey Job Type: Full-time, salaried exempt Location: This position is a hybrid position based out of our Los Angeles office.
