Description
  • Be the go‑to support for Wealth Advisors —prep member files, assemble planning materials, and handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks so meetings run smoothly.
  • Own the little (but critical) things: ensure forms and records are complete and current, update any process notes, and keep internal manuals tidy and accurate.
  • Help drive pipeline activity—book appointments, confirm next steps, and keep relationship‑building on track with timely, professional follow‑ups.
  • Support annual reviews and ongoing client check‑ins to make sure plans stay on course and member needs are met.
  • Partner across retail/wealth teams to promote investment solutions and help the team hit service and growth targets.
  • Work the right way—follow policies and procedures, flag risks, and keep everything compliant with regulatory and internal requirements

Community Engagement

A successful candidate must be willing to go out into the community to build relationships and help support our advisors in building relationships. Your ability to connect with potential members and establish trust will be essential to your success.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 diploma
  • Some experience or familiarity in financial services, mutual funds, or brokerage operations (or a comparable mix of education/experience).
  • IFIC, CSC, Financial Planning designations or applicable courses completed or started is a benefit.
  • Detail focus, strong time management, and a knack for anticipating what the member or advisor needs next.
  • Confidence working toward goals/targets and contributing to team results with service excellence and product knowledge.
  • A relationship‑builder’s mindset—professional, positive, and collaborative with members and internal partners.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with wealth operations in a Credit Union/ Aviso Wealth environment and comfort supporting investment conversations.
  • Proficient in digital literacy, including (but not limited to) critical thinking, problem solving and navigation using digital solutions.
  • Use and comfortability with a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, Viva, Power Automate, PowerBI).
  • We live our values—Accountability, Integrity, Respect—and we’re proudly member‑obsessed in how we show up for our communities
