As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registered Wealth Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission. Our team prides itself on delivering a high-touch client experience rooted in fiduciary standards, operational excellence, and long-term relationships. --- Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Wealth Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is already FINRA licensed and has experience working with Schwab, Fidelity and/or Pershing platforms. This role is client-facing, and requires a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter who is comfortable managing operational processes and supporting advisors with efficiency and professionalism. Requirements Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for clients; assist in managing client relationships by providing excellent service and responding promptly to client inquiries and requests Coordinate and manage advisor’s calendar to optimize time and ensure efficient scheduling of client meetings, internal discussions, and external appointments. Open, maintain, and service client accounts on Fidelity, Schwab, and/or Pershing platforms Process account transactions, transfers, money movements, and other account activities Assist advisors with meeting prep, follow-up, and data entry in CRM Draft and coordinate client communications (emails, letters, meeting summaries) Ensure compliance with industry regulations in all documentation and client interactions Work cross-functionally with custodians and internal operations teams for issue resolution Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Series 65 or 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain) Direct experience with Schwab, Fidelity and/or Pershing platforms 2+ years in a client service, advisor support, or operations role in a wealth management or RIA environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology platforms Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with any of the following software is a plus: - Wealthbox (CRM) - eMoney (Financial planning) - Holistiplan (Tax planning) - Jump AI (Meeting prep & compliance automation) - Orion (Portfolio reporting) - Wealth.com (Estate planning platform) Knowledge of financial planning concepts and investment products Strong client service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving High level of attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and client-driven environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members Ability to work both independently and as a part of a collaborative team
