JOB DESCRIPTION

As an intern/co-op on our team, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our colleague experience to life. You’ll contribute to high-impact projects across change management, communications, events, and colleague engagement programs, helping us support leaders, connect colleagues to our Mission and foster a strong and inclusive culture. This is a unique opportunity to explore multiple disciplines, gain exposure to strategic work, and build your professional network.

What You’ll Do

  • Change Management: Support the development of tools, templates and resources to enable consistent and effective change practices across the organization.
  • Communications: Help draft internal messaging, develop content for newsletters and support communications campaigns.
  • Events: Contribute to the planning and execution of internal events and engagement activities.
  • Colleague Experience: Support programs that enhance recognition, development, and inclusion across Wealth.Conduct research, gather insights and prepare presentations to support team initiatives.

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field
  • Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
  • A passion for storytelling, employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
  • Experience in strategic communications, event planning/execution, program management an asset
