What the day will look like Primary Responsibilities – Consulting Projects Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships in collaboration with team leaders, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Partner with senior consultants and team heads to stay informed of market developments and assess their implications for client engagements. Support senior consultants and team leaders across a range of consulting projects, including actuarial valuation and non-valuation work such as provident fund, private fund, investment advisory, financial wellbeing sessions, and other client-specific requirements. Participate in client meetings to monitor project progress and ensure timely and effective delivery. Prepare and support presentation materials, deliver presentations to clients where appropriate, and collaborate closely with the project team throughout engagements. Proactively keep clients informed of relevant market updates and industry trends. Primary Responsibilities – Administration & Consulting Support Administration Perform general administrative duties, including handling calls, managing office supplies, coordinating office activities, and arranging travel. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and document binding. 2. Client Management Support overall client relationship management and project delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in Aon systems and tracker file, including leads, opportunities, contacts, and company details. Liaise with clients, consultants, and finance teams to support vendor setup, contracting, and invoicing processes. Coordinate with client auditors on general inquiries, with guidance from consultants. 3. Invoicing Act as the coordination point between clients, consultants, and the finance team. Ensure contracts are complete and accurately recorded in Aon systems. Monitor workflow and issue invoices in a timely manner, with consultant support where needed. Verify invoice details against client contracts to ensure accuracy before submission. Address client queries related to financial operations and escalate issues as appropriate. Follow up on outstanding payments and escalate when necessary. 4. Proposal & Bidding Facilitate proposal development, documentation, and tracking of business opportunities and outcomes. Maintain strong understanding of government and related bidding requirements. Key activities include: Distribute business requirement forms to prospective clients and follow up for completion. Prepare and compile required documentation and proposals, or support consultants as needed. Submit proposals and follow up with clients. Track proposal outcomes (wins/losses) in CRM systems. Coordinate document completion, including signatures, company stamps, and legal/tax documentation. Deliver proposals in person when required (mandatory for government and related bids). Attend bid submission and opening sessions on-site, as required for eligibility in government tenders. 5. Events Management Source and coordinate meeting or conference venues, including contract management. Support marketing and consultants during client events. Manage client invitations, including follow-ups and attendance tracking. Oversee event logistics and execution. 6. Legal & Compliance Support Coordinate between clients, consultants, and legal teams. Ensure all legal documentation (e.g., contracts, NDAs, compliance documents) is properly reviewed by the relevant parties. Communicate legal feedback to clients and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues. Skills and experience that will lead to success Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus. Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred. Fluency in Thai, with a good command of English (both written and spoken). Strong business acumen, with excellent numerical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Effective presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to clients and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and resolve issues in a timely manner. Proven project management capabilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Basic programming knowledge is an advantage.
