JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Relationship Manager or Financial Consultant in insurance and investment domains. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, providing investment advice, and ensuring long-term financial growth for our clients.

• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Understand clients’ financial needs and risk appetite to recommend suitable investment and insurance products.
• Promote and sell financial solutions including mutual funds, portfolio management services, life & general insurance, and retirement/wealth planning.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and offer rebalancing recommendations.
• Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term engagement and referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
