  • Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the Wealth & Investments strategy, business plan, and product roadmap aligned to broader retail and growth ambitions.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from market assessment and proposition design through delivery, launch, performance management, and continuous enhancement.
  • Develop a differentiated wealth proposition spanning multiple client segments, products, and investment solutions.
  • Drive innovation through ongoing market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer research to identify new opportunities and areas of differentiation.
  • Oversee the development and management of investment offerings including managed portfolios, funds, ETFs, structured products, alternative investments, advisory services, and trading-enabled solutions.
  • Establish and embed robust product governance frameworks covering due diligence, suitability, target market definition, disclosures, product approval, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with control and executive functions on regulatory matters and ensure the highest standards of governance, conduct, and risk management.
  • Build scalable operating models, digital capabilities, and AI-enabled processes that enhance efficiency, insight, and customer outcomes.
  • Drive commercial performance through joint ownership of portfolio growth, assets under management, client acquisition, fee income, profitability, and customer outcomes.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing wealth and investments team while managing key external partnerships and platform providers.


  • Key Requirements: 8+ years' experience within wealth management, investments, or investment product management gained within banking or financial services.
  • Proven experience leading wealth and investment teams and delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Deep expertise across investment products and wealth propositions, including managed portfolios, funds, ETFs, structured products, advisory models, suitability, and product governance.
  • Strong track record of launching and scaling regulated wealth propositions, platforms, or investment businesses.
  • Experience developing digital investment journeys and modern wealth operating models.
  • Strong understanding of product governance, regulatory requirements, conduct risk, and client suitability frameworks.
  • Commercially astute, with experience managing business performance, growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and revenue targets.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled investment tools, advanced analytics, suitability platforms, or digital wealth capabilities would be advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business, risk, compliance, technology, operations, and senior leadership teams.
  • Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Investments, or a related discipline.
  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CISI, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Ability to satisfy relevant UAE regulatory Fit & Proper requirements where applicable.
