ABOUT THE JOB

• IT Team Leader mission is to provide direction and set the organization for the team, by providing guidelines and constructing processes, as well as guiding the team members to reach business goals. As the first line in charge of people development, has the mission support the team throughout the path in the organization, in terms of performance, motivation and professional growth. Additionally monitor IT resources and the operational management of such resources. Activities cover technical and application environments

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Computer Science
• At least 5 years of Experience in Information Technology
• Knowledge of Financial Markets
• Knowledge of ITIL, Linux, Unix or Oracle PLSQL
• Fluent in English
• Personal Impact/Ability to influence
• Ability to inspire others & generate people’s commitment
