Description Job description — Wealth Management Assistant (Entry-Level) Location: Raleigh, NC (in-office) Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 Bonus: Up to 5% annual discretionary bonus Vacation: 15 days of PTO About Us - RHA Wealth is a client-first wealth management team based in Raleigh focused on delivering highly personalized financial planning and investment services. We’re hiring an entry-level Wealth Management Assistant who will run front-office operations, support client hospitality, and grow into a Wealth Management Associate role over time. Position Summary - This is an in-office, hands-on role for someone with ~1 year of office/financial services experience who wants to build a career in wealth management. Primary responsibilities are front-office and client-facing (scheduling, hospitality, event support), with clear development into paraplanner/associate responsibilities (client service, account paperwork, basic plan prep) as skills grow. Key Responsibilities Manage advisor calendars, schedule client meetings and conference calls, and coordinate meeting logistics. Provide warm, professional client hospitality (greeting clients, preparing meeting materials, in-office setup). Coordinate and support client events, office events, and occasional off-site meetings. Prepare and assemble client meeting packs, presentations, and follow-up materials. Assist with account paperwork, account opening, and routine processing under supervision. Maintain accurate client records in CRM and planning tools (data entry, file management). Learn and support advisor workflows — shadow client meetings and participate in training to grow into a Wealth Management Associate role. Perform other administrative duties as needed (phone coverage, mail, vendor coordination). Requirements Qualifications 1+ year of professional experience (office admin, hospitality, client service, or financial services preferred). Strong communication and client-service orientation; polished phone and in-person manner. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple calendars/tasks. Comfortable with in-office, team-based work (this role is not remote). Willingness to pursue securities licensing is strongly preferred (employer will support/encourage licensing — Series 7/65/66 or other firm-required licenses). Familiarity with CRMs and financial planning tools is a plus (eMoney, Wealthbox, Holistiplan experience preferred). Bachelor’s degree a plus but not required. What We Offer Competitive base salary within the $55–65k range and up to 5% bonus. 3 weeks paid vacation + paid company holidays. Professional development and licensing support (paid study time/fees as applicable). Collaborative, client-centered team culture in our Raleigh-based office.
