Base Salary: After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional. Equitable Advisors supports you with an annual salary ($24,000) as a 20th Edition RBG financial professional. Commissions and Bonus: In addition to an annual salary, RBG financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
