QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in client onboarding, wealth management, or a financial services role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management systems.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges proactively.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new wealth management clients, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks to comply with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Operations teams, to facilitate smooth client onboarding.
  • Monitor and track onboarding progress, promptly addressing any issues or delays.
  • Ensure data integrity by accurately inputting and maintaining client information in relevant systems.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of onboarding processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Provide high-quality support to clients by addressing queries related to the onboarding process.
