Minimum 3/5 years work experience within the Wealth Management retail mid office operations support space at CIRO/IIROC broker dealer Experience working on a Canadian brokerage platform: Dataphile preferred, knowledge of ISM or Broadridge acceptable Knowledge of Retail Canadian Wealth Account Types for client Account Opening types: (Cash, Margin, Registered, Managed Accounts) and Product types: mutual funds (PAC/SIP/SWIP's) & Fee Based Products (Fee set up & posting) Knowledge of Client Account transfer process (in-kind, cash & security positions), via ATON and non-Aton / Book cost Knowledge of Self Direct Registered Plans (RRSP/RIF's /TFSA etc.), contributions, de-reg cash/security in kind. Understanding reconciliation process (cash & security positions) Must have strong writing capabilities and communicate in a clear verbal manner Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
