We are currently looking for a Wealth Management Products Business Analyst ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in wealth management, private banking, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management products, financial planning, and investment strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and project management software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in wealth management
  • You will work in an international environment, so you will need to speak English fluently

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements for wealth management products and services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in wealth management
  • Support the development and implementation of new products, services, and technology solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing wealth management offerings and recommend improvements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Work closely with IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory adherence
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project plans
