We are looking for a Wealth Management Products Business Analyst ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking What you will be doing? Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements for wealth management products and services Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in wealth management Support the development and implementation of new products, services, and technology solutions Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing wealth management offerings and recommend improvements Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management Work closely with IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory adherence Assist in the preparation of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and project plans Skills you should have Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in wealth management, private banking, or financial services Strong knowledge of wealth management products, financial planning, and investment strategies Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) and project management software Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in wealth management Ability to efficiently communicate in both: Polish and English language What we offer You will get an opportunity to work in an innovative, digital bank applying state of the art approaches and technologies.
